Patricia Meisner, CEO
Pat has 20 years of experience in general management and has been responsible for bringing a number of new products to market in high-tech ventures. She is a member of NEECOM (New England E- Commerce Association) and has participated as panelist and speaker at their annual meetings. Prior to co-founding RedTail Solutions, Pat was Vice President of Marketing of the RBI Division of Sigma-Aldrich Corporation, where she was responsible for all product marketing and customer and technical support, as well as new business development.

Jeffrey Franklin, Vice President, Product Development
Since co-founding RedTail in 2000, Jeff has played an integral part in the development of the flagship RedTail Transaction Manager™ – from its design and development, to its implementation as part of a total electronic trading solution for middle-market businesses. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in the development and implementation of manufacturing systems that include electronic data interchange. He has used his insights into the business processes of middle-market companies to develop one of the industry’s best solutions for them. Prior to founding RedTail Solutions, Jeff was IT Director for RBI, where he developed and implemented a collaborative system for new product development in addition to his general responsibilities for the Company’s IT strategy and systems.

Sean Kelley, Vice President, Operations/Technical Support
Sean has over 10 years of operations management experience (Technical Support, Professional Services and consulting, training and fulfillment) for EDI and Supply Chain Management organizations. He was an early member of the DNS team, an EDI software and services company later acquired by TIE Commerce, where he was responsible for developing the technical support function. Most recently, Sean was Senior Manager for Engineering Support at Kewill Solutions, North America, where he was responsible for providing escalation support to a total customer base of over 50,000 customers using Internet-enabled e-Commerce shipping applications. Sean has a unique combination of technical capabilities, customer support and domain expertise that will serve RedTail customers well as we scale operations and maintain the highest level of service.
