availability of an enhanced interface that works with the latest release of AccountMate (7.4) for SQL, a popular mid-market accounting
software system from AccountMate Software Corporation.
RedTail's
managed services solution handles all communications between trading partners
and manufacturers and distributors, seamlessly integrating with AccountMate
(7.4) through its RTTM (RedTail Transaction Manager™).
The latest
version of AccountMate software offers more than 30 enhancements, including the

The Executive
Summary Dashboard, which provides an overview of the company's most up-to-date
financial information. This new tool eliminates the need for managers to pour
through reports or screens to get summary highlights of important financial
information. The new interface accommodates these changes so that manufacturers
and distributors using the current AccountMate accounting solution can upgrade
to the latest version.

Enhanced
compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista.
With the
updated interface created by Figtree
Consulting, Inc.,
the EDI purchase orders are seamlessly moved to AccountMate sales orders. Once
the items are shipped, information is passed to RedTail to generate and
transmit an EDI invoice to the trading partner. The enhanced integration
provides a smooth interface, which simplifies work for order entry and billing
clerks. Clear reporting provides straightforward tools for management
oversight.
The new
interface is available to existing RedTail customers at no additional charge.
