Hosting – RedTail Solutions provides all of the necessary hardware and software in order to communicate with the large trading partner including the VAN. All you need is access to the internet and we take care of the rest.

Mapping - As your EDI service provider, RedTail Solutions will take over the task of mapping inbound and outbound EDI messages to your large trading partners. We have a large and growing list of Trading Partners we currently work with and will continue to add to the list going forward.

Translation – RedTail EDI services include our proprietary translation tool that will translate all standard EDI formats into a format that will be sent on to integrate with your back-end accounting system.

Testing – The RedTail Service Support Team will assist in testing all of the mapping and translation prior to going live, ensuring a smooth transition to our RedTail EDI Service.

Integration – Our RedTail Solution provides integration to the leading mid-market accounting systems on the market today, enabling EDI orders and invoices to flow seamlessly into your back-end accounting system and eliminating errors.

Continuing Maintenance - RedTail EDI Service support continues after you are live to ensure that all EDI transmissions continue to flow without issue, as well as provide any updates or upgrades as needed.
